Returns Policy
If you do not wish to keep a product ordered from After Glo Sunless Tan, you may return new and unused items within 14 days of the date of receipt. After Glo Sunless Tan will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling changes.
Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, returns cannot be accepted on our Bronzing Buddy Mitts. Please reach out to our friendly support team at afterglosunlesstan@gmail.com if you do have any enquires.
I’ve ordered the wrong product.
Once an order is placed we’re not able to make any changes to the items in the order unfortunately! Once received you’re welcome to make a return with us.
I need to cancel the order I just placed.
Once an order is placed and received by our warehouse, we’re unfortunately not able to cancel the order. Once your parcel is received you’re more than welcome to make a return with us.

Warranty and Claims.
After Glo Sunless Tan products should be free from defects on delivery. If your After Glo Sunless Tan product is defective, we will be happy to replace it free of charge. We will send a return label and once the defective product is received in our warehouse, we will ship out a new product. Refunds will not be considered. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
